Bernard G Stroud - Chairman After 3 years with Morgan Grenfell Bernard joined International Paint Co. in 1953 to start their retail plant business. In 1963 he moved into IPC subsidiary, Drums Ltd., manufacturer of steel containers for the oil and chemical industries. In 1969, he was appointed marketing director of Reads & Drums which was owned 50% by American Can of New York and 50% by Courtaulds Plc. In 1980 Bernard became chairman of Circaprint Ltd., which became the 4th largest printed circuit
manufacturer in the UK. Bernard is a graduate of London University. |

Gerald Moore qualified as a Chartered Accountant in
1969 and, after a number of financial appointments within the UK
engineering industry, joined International Paint, later a
subsidiary of Courtaulds pIc, in 1971. He acted as Commercial
& Marketing Director of the Marine Paints division, a £350m
turnover operation, for 12 years and as its CEO for the next 15 years;
under his stewardship, the business increased its worldwide market
share from 27% to 35%. Over the years, he was, additionally
responsible for many different operations, within the Company,
particularly in North America, Europe and the Far East. In 1998,
Gerald took early retirement from Courtaulds, and has subsequently
worked on e number of assignments, including that of being a CEO
within Unipoly PA Management Co plc. the then largest ever
management buy-out within the UK. Gerald is a graduate of the Harvard
Business School. |

James G P Stroud - Director of Computer Technology & Property Development Headed the computer department for Circaprint Holdings Plc., one of the first companies to have fully computerised costing systems for the manufacture and assembly of PCBs. James started Bondlands Ltd. in 1990 to develop computerised telephone information services for magazines and charities. James
heads up our Property Development and Internet Services division. |
